Divinus Care has stood next to my parents when they most needed help. They arranged ambulance and helped with Hospital administration and other vital steps which an elderly couple usually would struggle with. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Minati Ghosh from her google account. I have been taking the service of DivinusCare for my ailing mother as I stay far away from home due to my job location since last year August. As per our agreement with them their representative comes to look after her once in a week and help her to manage both medical and non medical requirements. This year January my mother had heart failure and I was not in town that time. I called them and they quickly came with the ambulance and took my mother two hospitals of my choice until she is admitted. They handled all the documentation required for hospital admision and assured me that they would look after her till I reach. Their swift action and coordination helped my mother to get the right care at the right time which led a quick recovery. I am very grateful to them for their holistic support at that critical time. We have had great positive experience with Divinus Care for over 1.5 years now. They have great coverage across Kolkata, we used their services for senior citizen parents and in-laws, across north and south Kolkata. They were referred to us by friends who also greatly benefitted from their services. Their services immensely helped with day to day chores, medical visits, emergency situations, as well as one-off events like extended support during hospital procedures and subsequent stays. They have extremely sincere and super efficient care managers who easily become part of our family, to the extent that parents really look forward to their visit. Even if there is no major chores for a visit, parents are just eager to receive them to just talk and share.
